Residential Design

For client Irina, this was her first studio apartment. Located by the waterfront and Battery Park, this beautiful space offered light in both morning and evening. As she works from home, this space needed to be a bedroom, dining room and living space that she could comfortably entertain and work from. A space that was just hers was extremely exciting and of the upmost importance that it was well curated. We worked to create a space that although one, felt like separate spaces yet cohesive. It’s well balanced while maximizing on the space in both function and feeling.
